The Staff Program Manager will be a crucial member of the Student Programs team, focusing on program management of Intuit’s large-scale national programs and challenges, primarily Hour of Finance (HoF). This includes developing and managing all programmatic components, taking the lead on program strategy development and executing program strategy to engage students nationally, consistently finding ways to grow the reach and impact of our program to more students annually, and getting buy-in from cross-functional teams across marketing, product, engineering and legal to move work forward. This role requires strong project and program-management skills, the ability to manage end to end logistics and execution of large scale programs as well as ensuring simultaneous program engagements are delivered with excellence. It also requires bold thinking about how to best engage school districts and students in our financial literacy programs, Intuit for Education.

The role is cross-functional and involves close collaboration with multiple teams and external vendors to ensure seamless program management and execution.
