The Consumer Group is responsible for the development and management of TurboTax, a leading tax preparation software that supports both do-it-yourself and assisted modes of tax preparation.   • Contribute to the program strategy and and deliver results as aligned with strategy
  • Prioritize within the project or program and surface trade-offs and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Demonstrate end-to-end thinking: Bring all of the critical pieces together – strategy, business goals, design, execution, technology, and customer needs

• Strong Program Management leadership experience, including 5 or more years leading well defined small-medium sized technology focused programs
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, ability to influence at group manager and director level
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across teams in delivering the best outcome of programs
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering
• S. in a technical discipline preferred or equivalent work experience
• CSM, agile training and agile experience preferred
• PMP or MBA strongly preferred
