General Summary:

To monitor and maintain the health of the design pipeline, revenue goals, and support execution of sales enablement activities for distribution. This position acts as a bridge between Disti Team at Qualcomm and Distributor Partners.

Reporting: To the Vice President of Global Distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintains pipeline dashboards, working with the sales operations team, to monitor the health of the design pipeline in terms of DREG, DWIN and Revenue, for distribution partners, globally.
  • Communicate goals vs. actuals for each parameter to all distribution partners globally.
  • Create and maintain demand creation revenue dashboards across business units. Thorough grip/handle over current numbers in pipeline, is a must.
  • Monitors, consolidates and presents “design lost” projects to global distribution leads and business units with clear analysis of the reasons, and present the findings. Flags risks ahead of the loss, for better response and conversion.
  • Work with business units to create EV Kit stocks at all distribution partners globally. Create samples and EVK stocks at online distributors for immediate support to customers globally.
  • Support Marketing activity calendar
  • Provide regular analysis and updates on margins for sales key performance indicators.
  • Good knowledge of best industry practices for process improvement and Distributor Partner motivation.
  • Works to better the process of price-book, pricing, phantom, inventory level etc.
  • Distributor satisfaction would be a key deliverable.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication (+MBA will get preference)
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Model N and Program Management. A strong understanding of Electronic Component Distribution is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • More than five years of experience in a business operations role working with or within the semiconductor industry.
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin knowledge would be an additional advantage.
  • Experience in CRM tools like SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, Model N, Salesforce etc.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent articulation and presentation capabilities with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation tools

Preferred candidates from: Semiconductor Industry- working at an Semiconductor OEM, Salesforce interfacing and managing distribution business

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$143,200.00 - $214,800.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
