Job Overview:
The AVP, Business Management must be a highly motivated problem-solver who is able to move fluidly between details while staying attuned to the macro vision of the Institution Client Success (ICS) Team. The primary responsibility of this role revolves around supporting a team of Success Managers - a proactive consultative team responsible for a growing client portfolio of institutions that operate a wealth management business and leverage LPL platforms. The AVP will focus their efforts on internal communications, business continuity planning, project management, and conference/event support. Cross functional collaboration between the various ICS stakeholders is key. In addition, this role will contribute to time-sensitive and ad-hoc projects and provide support to the Chief of Staff Office of the Executive Vice President.
Responsibilities:
- Design, manage and execute internal communications strategy for the ICS team; draft and develop weekly updates; manage team calls around needed trainings, updates, etc.
- Execute ad-hoc, time-sensitive communication needs to the ICS team.
- Review external communications and marketing materials to ensure applicability to the institution audience; collaborate with stakeholders in Communications and Product Marketing
- Manage Business Continuity Planning and Rapid Response initiatives.
- Collaborate with Client Success counterparts to manage team on-boarding and training, including oversight and upkeep of LPL resources and tools relating to the Success Manager role.
- Develop and execute project management plans for event & conference readiness; collaborate with ICS stakeholders on plan execution and communications.
- Provide support for Hove Office Visits
- Manage special projects such as process improvements, data analysis/compilation, presentations, report building, etc.
- Drive cross-functional change efforts throughout ICS on behalf of the VP of Business Management and Chief of Staff
- Develop materials and power point presentations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred; and 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, and execute multiple work streams concurrently in a fast-paced environment to deliver outstanding results.
- A client-centric mind-set and commitment to identifying opportunities to continually improve the client experience.
- Strong teamwork and experience collaborating with individuals across lines of business, functional areas, and different levels of an organization.
- Advanced PowerPoint development skills

Pay Range:
$90,200.00 - $150,300.00
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
