Logistics Acquisition Analyst Training (APM-T) in San Diego, CA

SAIC is looking for cleared Logistics Acquisition Analyst candidates to support Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Computers, Communications, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Programs of Record and projects. The candidate shall work independently to plan, develop and support the logistics processes and procedures to ensure life-cycle management of PEO C4I programs. Provide analytical support for the planning, identification, development, implementation, integration, and monitoring of product support package deliverables for client staff, including the Product Support Manager and Program Office personnel as required.

Additional responsibilities will include the following:

• Create, update and review all Product Support and logistics products that may include: Life-Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Product Support Strategy (PSS), Product Support Business Case Analysis (BCA), Maintenance Support Plan (MSP), User’s Logistics Support Summary (ULSS), Product Support Datasheets (PSDs), Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) annual updates and reports, Job Task Analysis (JTA), Front End Analysis (FEA), Training Requirements Planning (TRP), Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSP) in Human Requirements Planning System (HARPS), Training materials, Interactive Electronic Technical Manual (IETM)/Technical Manual review.

• Develop logistics acquisition and sustainment documentation for all ACAT and non-ACAT programs/projects. Develop tailored logistics acquisition and sustainment documentation to support all programs/projects that are following the Adaptive Acquisition Framework Pathways (Software Acquisition Pathway (SWP), Middle Tier of Acquisition (MTA), etc.).

• Support and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and working groups, Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), provisioning conferences, PSM meetings, Manpower, Personnel and Training (MPT) working groups, and other activities. Record minutes and action items for all product support meetings.

• Review logistics acquisition and sustainment documentation to ensure compliance with Navy and other DoD logistics requirements.

• Provide analysis, assistance, and support for the development and maintenance of product support budgeting and funding, including life cycle cost estimating to support performance-based logistics business cost analysis, and logistics requirements.

• Perform Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) analysis for determination of parts obsolescence issues.

• Conduct Maintenance Planning analysis to support updates to various maintenance plans.

• Conduct on-site technical and product support reviews to include maintenance, training, provisioning, and technical manual verifications as required.

Qualifications

Required Education & Experience:

Bachelors and 10 years or more experience. 4 additional years of applicable military experience with IO/ISR systems and/or DoD Acquisition experience is acceptable in lieu of degree.

Security Clearance

US Citizen with an active TS/SCI

Required Skills:

Ability to work with and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders; Government technical representatives, and contractors; excellent written and oral communications; ability to work in a team collaborative environment; ability to brief senior government personnel.

• 6+ years of management or logistics experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

· Logistics Management and administration

• Experience working at and/or with NAVWAR, PEO C4I/EIS, NIWC PAC, and NIWC LANT

• Experience with Human Systems Integration analysis

• Working knowledge of OPNAV Instruction 1500.76 (Series)

Desired Skills and Certifications:

· Technical writing

· Navy C4ISR systems experience

· Prior Military experience with IO/ISR/METOC systems

Desired Experience:

· PEO C4I / NAVWAR Acquisition experience

· ISR/IO Military Operations


Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
