We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join our CI/CD team within the Development Productivity organization at Intuit. As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable distributed systems that will be used throughout the Intuit ecosystem to accelerate development productivity. You will work closely with other developers, architects, and product managers to ensure that our products deliver a world-class user experience and meet the needs of our customers, developers and their partners across Intuit! Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate systems and tools that enable Intuit developers to continuously build and deploy complex software solutions used by Intuit employees and product customers.

• Work closely with other developers, architects, and product managers to understand the requirements for our products and ensure that they meet customer needs and surpass their expectations.

• Identify and address performance, security, and scalability issues

• Develop automated tests and other tools to ensure that our products meet quality standards.

• Manage and monitor our production systems and respond to incidents in a timely fashion

• Stay current with the latest developments in technology such as GenAI and integrate them into our products as appropriate enable us to solve previously intractable problems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related eld

• At least 6 years of experience in software development

• Comprehensive fluency in the Go programming language and ecosystem

• Basic fluency in Python, Javascript and Java programming languages

• Extensive experience working with Kubernetes

• A focus on delivery through empowering junior developers, communication and teamwork

An ideal candidate will have:

• Kubernetes experience using/writing CRDs, operators and chaos engineering

• Experience with Jenkins and leading migrations from Jenkins to other CI solutions

• Experience with Github CI/Actions and Argo CD

• Familiarity with the AWS cloud computing platform

• Proficiency with building REST APIs ? GraphQL and gRPC experience is a plus
