General Summary:

As a market leader in AI Compute, Qualcomm is driving the AI PC transformation with the new Snapdragon X Elite SoC, that is exclusive to Windows CoPilot+ PCs. The Snapdragon Compute platform includes cutting edge IP cores delivering industry best-in-class CPU, GPU, and NPU that enable innovative AI experiences. Optimizing neural networks and GenAI models on the 45 TOPs NPU accelerates processing by up to 10x performance at a fraction of the power.

This leadership role will direct a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for the Windows Printer Ecosystem. This involves collaborating with executives across top Printer manufacturers to establish joint roadmaps for UPD and PSA optimizations for the Snapdragon X series products. The role additionally involves collaborating with executives at enterprise print software organizations to establish joint roadmaps.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for delivering the optimal print experiences and guiding technical teams during execution through product launch
  • Incubate executive engagement with market leading partners to establish a roadmap to launch.
  • Partner with Microsoft to enable cutting edge solutions on the Windows Snapdragon platform.
  • Partner with Engineering and Technology Program Managers to prioritize and execute on the software strategy and roadmap.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 10+ years Product Management or related work experience.
  • Deep understanding of UPD, PSA, IPP and the broad set of printer protocols
  • Background in bringing SW products and solutions to market.
  • Strong leadership skills, and a self-starter who possesses a sense of ownership around delivering on team goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:

$179,200.00 - $268,800.00

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
