Position Summary
The Encompass Administrator plays an important role in the organization by performing a number of activities related to the company’s Construction Lending Team and Assumption Lending Team functions. The role is primarily responsible, under general to intermittent supervision, for the overall administration and configuration functions for all features of Encompass Banker Edition across the complete enterprise from origination through servicing.
Essential Functions
- Configure and customize the Encompass LOS according to the organization's needs and regulatory This involves setting up user roles, permissions, workflows, and loan products within the system.
- Maintain complete document library, build custom documents as needed, and maintain eFolder settings to ensure preservation of a complete paperless environment with requisite document retention.
- Manage integrations with third-party systems and services, such as credit reporting agencies, compliance tools, document management systems, and electronic signature platforms, ensuring seamless data flow between Encompass and these external systems for efficiency and compliance purposes.
- Create and maintain Loan Programs to ensure accurate guidelines, Loan Template settings, and document sets are available for all loan products.
- Manage help desk requests from internal users while troubleshooting issues and clearing tickets in a timely manner, escalating items to ICE Mortgage Technology tech support as needed.
- Create and maintain report library and build custom reports as necessary for business groups.
- Maintain business rules for data entry, workflow progression and regulatory compliance as requested by each business group.
- Support business with reporting for regulatory examinations including electronic submission of data to regulatory agencies. Examples of some reports are the Mortgage Call Reports and HMDA Reporting.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the Encompass LOS is running smoothly and securely. This also includes monitoring system performance and addressing any technical issues that arise.
- Demonstrate a high level of personal commitment and accountability to the business with a focus on quality and customer service.
- Work in a team environment, and communicate positively with team members, peers, customers, and vendors.
- Provide time tracking and project feedback data to the Project Management Office and management.
- Participate in the creation of training materials and job aids, as well as documentation for any new rollouts or updates.
- Work to distribute application knowledge throughout team by completing technical research and analysis and sharing findings and possible solutions with team.
- Provide analysis and work on special initiatives and projects from the Management team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Targeted Salary Range: $65,000 - $89,000 annually
Compensation at Guild is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to local and federal minimum wage requirements, education, level of experience, and applicant’s geographical location.
