This new program is part of a broader effort to provide a tactical operational picture aligned with the JADC2 and Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) to adapt to new and emerging threats.

SAIC is seeking an experienced Program Quality Assurance Specialist in support of our United States Air Force customer. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess, monitor, and improve program quality, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or other related field and ten (10) or more years of experience. Master’s degree and seven (7) or more years of experience.

US Citizenship and a DOD Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain a Top secret clearance.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance plan for programs, outlining processes, standards, and key performance indicators
  • Serve as quality focal with customer or customer delegates (DCMA)
  • Experience in executing DD250 sell offs
  • Ensures that corrective measures and deviation meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.
  • Ensuring supplier deliverables meet quality requirements
  • Support task order managers with schedule status reviews and schedule update meetings.
  • Perform periodic audits
  • Collect and analyze cost performance data reports; identify cost, schedule, and performance trends; and prepare reports and graphs to present status to IPT and senior managers.
  • Maintain Resource Management processes/procedures with data tracking and analysis.
  • May undertake root cause analysis of incidents requiring corrective action.

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
