Job Overview:

Highly visible role is within the Executive Compensation function of Total Rewards and will provide support to our executive compensation programs as well as have involvement in Equity Compensation and Deferred Compensation programs, assist in the development of materials for the company’s compensation committee, and conduct research and analysis of market trends. This is a hybrid position, mix of in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research into executive compensation market trends, including executive benchmarking, and draft reports or generate analysis.
  • Support delivery of our executive compensation programs (e.g. equity plans, deferred compensation plans) and serve as a point of contact for requests from partners and clients. 
  • Assist in the development of Board compensation committee materials and other senior Management presentation and materials throughout the year.
  • Familiarity with compensation surveys and data source participation and analyses, including MarketPay, Mercer, WTW, McLagan and all other market pay data sources.
  • Provide reporting and metrics on executive compensation data as needed. Ensure accuracy of compensation data between Workday and leadership.
  • Analyze current processes to recommend improvements for efficiencies and/or centralization. Help create and deliver comprehensive communication for executive level employees.
  • Support offers, promotions and other executive movement pay actions in collaboration with Recruiting, Talent, Rewards and HRBP stakeholders.
  • Serve as first point of contact for executives on compensation related questions.  Work on special projects such as process improvements, data analysis/compilation, presentations, report building, etc.
  • Review committee materials and compensation communications and information for accuracy
  • Adhoc compensation related requests as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience.  Including Executive, Stock/Equity, Incentive, Deferred and Total Rewards compensation discipline areas
  • Proficiency in multiple analytical, systems and data software packages and tools.  Examples include advanced Excel, Tableau, Altryx, Power BI and any other leading AI/statistical and analytical
  • Familiarity with impact on Executive and Equity compensation of Tax, Accounting, Legal, SEC Disclosure, ERISA and related technical areas of Executive, Deferred and Equity Compensation areas
  • Strong attention to detail

Preferences:

  • Interest in working on high level/high visibility executive matters
  • Desire to work in a dynamic area of Total Rewards
  • Interest in strategy and consulting approach to Human Capital and compensation matters
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of the organization
  • Preference for CCP, CEP or related certifications

Pay Range:

$105,975-$176,625/year


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
