Position Summary: Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support across front-end business operations, financial planning, and analysis, alongside back-end controllership and accounting for designated areas of responsibility. Oversee the Company’s Stock-Based Compensation model and manage monthly forecast updates, delivering variance analysis and commentary to key stakeholders. Assist in the monthly/quarterly close process related to Stock-Based Compensation. Collaborate with leadership to review actual financial results and analyze variances against budgets and forecasts. Manage and update the corporate cost center forecast Maintain the company's KPI scorecard, ensuring data accuracy and providing insightful commentary. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within EFP&A to enhance operational visibility and efficiency. Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly Board of Directors and financial leadership reporting packages. Perform other duties as required. Requirements: A minimum of 8 years of experience, ideally in a high-growth environment. Strong proficiency in understanding P&L, with experience in stock-based compensation preferred. Hands-on experience with SAP is highly preferred; exposure to Cognos TM1 is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and partnerships across all organizational levels. Outstanding written communication and project management abilities. Strong commitment to accuracy and quality while effectively managing multiple goals and deadlines. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently both independently and within a team Demonstrates clear leadership potential. Experience/Education: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent experience. #LI-HYBRID The estimated base salary range for the Sr Financial Analyst II (Hybrid) role based in the United States of America is: $105,600 - $158,400. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all employees are eligible for one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
