Exciting opportunity to join Qualcomm's QCT Finance team supporting the Compute Business Unit. This position will focus on supporting the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for QCT’s next generation of PCs, with an emphasis on performance tracking. This role involves actively supporting marketing, channel sales, and finance teams with decision-making, financial reporting, and variance/ROI analysis as it relates to the performance of GTM strategies. Great opportunity in a high-visibility role to provide analysis to management while partnering with various business functions across the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing, channel sales, and finance teams to establish annual GTM budgets and understand details of GTM plans with top retailer partners
- Create reports/dashboards to track GTM spend on a monthly cadence and monitor key performance indicators related to specific activities
- Analyze performance and effectiveness of GTM plans to provide actionable insights that inform and refine GTM strategies
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in GTM processes and work to streamline operations
A successful candidate possesses strong initiative, a process improvement mindset, as well as outstanding analytical and communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to balance competing priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.- Proficient in: Microsoft Office Tools (Excel & PowerPoint), Tableau
- Experience with Microsoft Power Query a plus
- Tech industry experience
- Experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) focused role a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a demanding environment with the ability to manage various projects under strict deadlines
- Must have the ability to thrive in a team environment

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits:
$88,000.00 - $132,000.00The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Qualcomm. We also offer a competitive annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for annual RSU grants (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus).
