ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for strong strategic problem-solvers who possess the ability to act with a bias for action to ultimately drive tangible business impact for the Finance organization. As a Finance Staff Business Operations Manager, you will drive outcomes with speed, empower us to drive change with excellence, and enhance our ability to scale Finance’s impact across Intuit.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Drive and manage major Finance priorities and programs at scale, including our AI for Finance program, by using a structured approach to simplify complex problems, establishing accountability, developing creative and innovative data-backed solutions, and removing roadblocks.
- Contribute and support broader Intuit business operations priorities and programs
- Develop and manage detailed, cross-functional program plans, dependencies and risks, enabling the program to move with velocity
- Understand and document current state Finance processes, identify opportunities for improvement and develop future state processes, gaining leadership buy-in and support
- Partner with key business stakeholders to document, prioritize, finalize and support the implementation of future state requirements
- Understand the stakeholder landscape, expectations, and key opportunities to shape and drive change management activities
- Develop and execute thoughtful change management and communications plans to drive adoption of transformational changes to achieve key Finance priorities.
- Establish and manage change networks and communities to drive adoption of changes and facilitate continuous learning

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following:
- Strong academic record required. MBA or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution preferred.
- 2-6 years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company.
- Skilled at building relationships (senior leaders across Finance and a broader organization) to drive organizational priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains.
- Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large.
- Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business.
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, meticulous attention to detail, and a keen business sense.
- Strong change management and communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong process and program management skills.
- Finance domain expertise preferred.
